Job description

The ย Inventory/Wholesale- Dealer Trade Clerkย performs a variety of general accounting support tasks for the company, including Manage and record inventory, Process dealer trades, Back-end reconciliation - submission, payment and cancellations.. He or she verifies, allocates, and posts transactions into proper journals and ensures transaction back-up documents are properly maintained.ย The Inventory/Wholesale- Dealer Trade Clerkย has strong skills in problem solving, documentation, research, and data analysis. In addition, he or she helps maintain an adequate system of accounting records and develops periodic financial reports that comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

THIS JOB WILL BE LOCATED IN GLENDALE CALIFORNIA


The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Business Administration and at least one year of experience in a position of similar responsibility. He or she must be detail-oriented and good with numbers and proficient with accounting software and with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Process Dealer Trade Paperwork.
  • Manage and record inventory and wholesales with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Product reconciliation, submission, payment and cancellation.
  • Factory part reconciliation.
  • Creates requisition forms for ordering purposes.
  • Communicate delivery discrepancies that may have occurred.
  • Review daily outbound schedules for errors and critical requests that may have been overlooked.
  • Create requisitions forms for ordering purposes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • 1 + years Automotive Experience Required.
  • Automotive Inventory, Wholesale and Dealer Trade Experience a MUST!
  • One year of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and execute tasks within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy.
