Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Software Testers to join our team at the ITAd Facility. As a Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software meets quality standards.
  • Work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
  • Report bugs and issues accurately, and track them through to resolution.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities remain unaffected by new developments.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of software development and testing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
