About the Role
As a Systems Analyst 3, you will play a pivotal role in driving Data Engineering and Data Governance excellence for SHARP. Leverage your Informatica expertise to design, analyze, and optimize master data management and data quality across enterprise-level systems. Collaborate with diverse teams, perform in-depth system evaluations, and deliver robust solutions that accelerate organizational growth and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business objectives and data challenges; recommend and evaluate alternative solutions for process automation and system enhancements.
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses and prepare comprehensive studies to inform technology decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess operational procedures, identify data requirements, and document detailed user needs and system specifications.
- Develop and update clear documentation for user requirements, program functions, and development processes.
- Assess and review computer system capabilities and constraints to ensure feasibility of requested changes.
- Implement and maintain Informatica-based Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality (IDQ) solutions.
- Support the establishment and governance of master and reference data for large-scale organizations.
- Partner with data engineering teams to drive innovation and ensure data integrity, leveraging tools such as PowerCenter, IICS, Axon, EDC, IDMC, Customer360, and Supplier360.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years hands-on experience using Informatica tools: PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, Entity360.
- Proven expertise in establishing master and reference data for large organizations.
- Successful implementation of data quality rules using Informatica DQ.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- 4+ years working with enterprise-scale data sets in Snowflake.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (Master’s degree preferred).
- Background in healthcare, public health, or state agency environments.
- Proficiency with Python for automation and API integration.
