Job description

Systems Analyst: Perform systems management & integration functions, improve existing computer systems, & review computer system capabilities, workflow, & schedule limitations. Troubleshoot program & system malfunctions to restore normal functioning & use knowledge from A+ Service Technician Certification to understand, install, fix, and troubleshoot computer issues. Provide staff & users with assistance in solving computer-related problems & provide overall support in the information technology (IT) area. Be responsible for network infrastructure management using knowledge from the Network Associate certification. Determine computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter systems. Use knowledge from the Dell System Expert Certification to fix, repair, and troubleshoot any computer issues with the Dell brand. Require: Associate's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent & 2 yrs. of work exp. in computer systems analysis, systems integration, Information Technology (IT) support, & network infrastructure management, & Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA); CompTIA A+ Technician Certification (CompTIA); Dell System Expert Certification (Dell).
