The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description
  • Assist the company with Digital Transformation to be able to provide dynamic and efficient digital experience for customers.
  • Gather requirements from the business internal / external users and analyze requirement and needs for complete digital transformation. 
  • Prepare Cloud Migration Blueprint according to customer specifications, requirements and incorporate it to Star.ai e-Discovery. 
  • Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements; Analyze and determine functional technical specifications of user need to migrate the existing system into Cloud Platform (Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform) and design a framework using the steps to Star.ai Cloud.
  • Be able to perform Database Content creation and maintenance of various logging databases in DB Server hosted on the Cloud.
  • Generate data driven analysis of data structure of existing business processes; Suggest or advise of improvements for business process with focus on accuracy, and responsiveness of these processes.
  • Administer the Cloud Control Panel (on pax8 and Azure) by assigning permission levels to all users of the system and configuring anonymous access, with proper approval as required.
  • Prepare training documentation for end-user training for Applications and Services (Star.ai eDiscovery and Star.ai Cloud) integrated on the Cloud. Provide training and support for business users daily during their activities on the Computer Networks, System Applications and on the site. This task would include preparing, changing and uploading proper documents, starting an approval workflow etc. 
  • Prepare requirements document for migrating the On-Premises to Cloud (convert the steps to a generic framework for Star.ai Cloud) and also enhancing the Cloud System Star.ai Cloud as a feature for Star Workforce’ new product initiative as per business unit proposals.
  • Prepare documented implementation process of full lifecycle projects for Cloud based applications Star.ai e-Discovery and Star.ai Cloud. 
  • Work with Support team for Test and fixing issues through ticketing system such as Mantis, Service Now, Jira etc.
  • Configuring, maintaining, and managing a Cloud Server (Azure using pax8 management platform) for Continuous Integration of tools to needed for day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in troubleshoot, enhance, and test migration related fixes/patches. Train internal resources on maintenance and upkeep the applications. 
  • Assist with design, define data structure and algorithm, perform configuration, testing and ensure specification needs are met as utilization is expanded.

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
