On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Business Systems Analyst for a contract opportunity in Plano, TX.


Business Systems Analyst Job Details

Business Systems Analyst will join the Enterprise Service Management team responsible for providing consulting, design, deployment and administration of Service Management application like HPE BSM, HPE uCMDB, ServiceNow, NewRelic. Responsibilities include partnering with key stakeholders to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for the ESM team. May interface with user base and internal IT staff. Also responsible for issue tracking through the Iogging of support tickets, providing feedback to stakeholders on issue status, and issue resolution/closure. Debug interface issues. Requirement analysis, documentation and collaboration site maintenance is MUST for business system analyst. 


Business Systems Analyst Mandatory Skills


Minimum of a BA/BS (or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise systems) 

Preference for Computer Science, Information Systems. 

Strong analytical skills with prior experience in enterprise systems, database, and integration support. 

Must have advanced scripting development experience using Perl, Groovy, Jython/Python or advanced level Client Code development using Java / REST API 

Familiarity with, and an aptitude for, service management applications will be beneficial.

Knowledge of service management business processes and the HPE Service management tool will be preferred but is not essential. 

Candidate must be action oriented, proactive, able to multi-task, and set a demanding pace of execution. 

Strong customer service, business partnership, and interpersonal skills will be essential. 

Prior experience in requirements development/documentation, testing, scripting, share point maintenance or other querying Language is recommended.
