Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the clientโ€™s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Analyze business requirements, configure PeopleSoft FSCM General Ledger functionality, and support system enhancements, testing, implementation, and production support activities.
  2. Troubleshoot application issues, coordinate incident resolution, perform system configuration changes, and maintain enterprise ERP system performance and stability.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to support ERP initiatives, financial process improvements, and enterprise system modernization.
  4. Develop functional documentation, support compliance and audit activities, participate in disaster recovery planning, and recommend process and system improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

15+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM applications with extensive expertise in General Ledger, ERP production support, system configuration, financial business processes, and large-scale public sector enterprise systems.

Technical Skills

PeopleSoft FSCM, ERP System Configuration, Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, SAP BusinessObjects

Business / Domain Skills

General Ledger, Financial Management, ERP Production Support, Business Process Analysis, Public Sector ERP, IT Service Management

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience supporting multiple PeopleSoft FSCM financial modules, including Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Project Costing, Strategic Sourcing, and Travel & Expense.
  2. Experience with enterprise ERP modernization, production support, and system optimization initiatives.
  3. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
