Job description

Position: Systems Analyst โ€“ HR Technology (Eightfold & Systems Integration) or Talent Management Specialist โ€“ Eightfold & HR Integrations

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with expertise in HR technology and hands-on experience with Eightfold Talent Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Eightfold and other enterprise HR systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ATS, LMS, etc.). This role will work closely with HR, IT, vendors, and third-party integrators to optimize talent workflows and ensure data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and manage Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and enhance talent acquisition, internal mobility, and talent management processes.
  • Design and manage end-to-end integrations between Eightfold and other enterprise HR systems (ATS, HRIS, LMS, CRM).
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data integrity, synchronization, and security across platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow and system uptime.
  • Support rollout of new Eightfold features and capabilities.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, integration flows, and business processes.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to HR and Talent teams.
  • Stay current with updates to Eightfold and HR technologies, recommending improvements as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR Technology or HRIS roles, with at least 6 years of direct Eightfold platform experience.
  • Proven experience with integrating HR systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, Mulesoft), or native connectors.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, internal mobility, and succession planning.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Eightfold AI (if available) or other relevant HR technology certifications.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Eightfold Insights).
  • Experience in a global enterprise HR environment.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance in HR (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
