Tittle: Business Systems Analyst Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL Cleveland, OH or Phoenix, AZ Work Mode : 5 Days Onsite Duration: Contract to Hire Years Of Exp Required: 8+ Years Function of the Group: Revenue support Initiatives/Projects: N/A Industry background: Finance/Banking Roles and Responsibilities: Partners closely with Product, Engineering, Fraud Strategy, and Operations teams to analyze, define, and validate complex lending and fraud orchestration solutions. This role requires strong technical analysis skills, particularly in API integrations, data mapping, and orchestration flows, to ensure accurate decisioning, seamless system integrations, and successful production releases across Retail Lending platforms. • Author clear, testable Jira stories and acceptance criteria aligned to SOM technical requirements. • Maintain technical and functional documentation in Confluence, including mapping artifacts and orchestration specs. • Support PI Planning, backlog refinement, and cross-team dependency management Must Have Technical Skills: 8 yrs experience • Strong experience with REST APIs and JSON payload analysis • Experience reviewing and authoring API specifications using Swagger • Proven data mapping and data transformation experience • Ability to understand and document complex system-to-system integrations. • Ability to create and maintain end-to-end process flows and orchestration diagrams to document system interactions and decisioning paths • Experience supporting production releases and validations • Working knowledge of Agile delivery • Effective communicator across technical and nontechnical audiences • Comfortable operating in complex, multiteam delivery environments • Trace transactions across multiple systems to support impact analysis, defect triage, and production validation
