Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Systems Analyst (OFF) who will partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into well-defined system solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, supporting the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of systems and applications.

What you willbe responsible for

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements

  • Translate business needs into clear system specifications, process flows, and functional designs

  • Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to support solution design and delivery

  • Identifygaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements and propose practical solutions

  • Support testing activities, including requirements validation, test case review, and issue triage

  • Assistwith implementation planning, user acceptance testing, and production readiness

  • Provide ongoing analysis and support for system enhancements, defects, and change requests

  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation including requirements, process flows, and system artifacts

  • Serve as a liaison across business, technology, and operations to ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle

Comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience supporting large-scale or multi-team initiatives is a plus.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $118,750 Annual
