Job Summary

As our Ecommerce Data & Systems Administrator for Retail Operations, you will be the engine behind our online growth. You’ll own the end-to-end management of our webstore content and retail data, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and high-impact reporting to drive decision making. Acting as the vital link between IT, Finance, and Retail Operations, you won't just manage data, you’ll use it to support inventory optimization, expand SEO, execute marketing events and enhance the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Data Orchestration: Build and maintain high-quality product master data within D365 to ensure "one source of truth" across all sales channels.
  • Web Optimization: Manage the webstore’s layout, SEO, and functionality to increase traffic and maximize conversion rates as well enhance the customer user experience.
  • ERP Implementation and Maintenance: Support end-to-end implementation, including system configuration, data migration, and cross-functional testing. Serve as SME for ERP and create and process enhancements.
  • Strategic Liaison: Serve as the technical lead for IT projects, bridging the gap between retail needs and system capabilities. Train the team for best practices and updates and troubleshoot irregularities.
  • Performance Analytics: Develop KPIs and reporting tools to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Support MRP development and inventory management across the business.
  • Process Engineering: Document and refine business processes to improve team consistency and streamline onboarding.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to stay ahead of software updates and industry trends.
  • On-the-Ground Support: Provide technical troubleshooting for the retail team and offer IT support during live events.
