Success in this role requires the ability to quickly understand how systems interact, define meaningful test coverage, coordinate with multiple teams, and troubleshoot issues across applications, APIs, jobs, and data layers.

Key responsibilities for each E2E initiative/project include:

  • Define and document the test scenarios needed to validate the Account Management portion of the overall E2E process
  • Review proposed test coverage with stakeholders to ensure scenarios are complete, accurate, and aligned with business intent
  • Coordinate and create test data required for execution, including collaboration with upstream and downstream partner teams
  • Prepare for test execution by learning the relevant user interfaces, batch jobs, APIs, and Account Management data structures involved in each flow
  • Support test environment readiness by tracking dependencies, identifying gaps, and helping teams stay aligned ahead of execution
  • Execute tests across multiple applications and dependent platforms, validate outcomes, and clearly document results
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues encountered during testing using SQL, Postman, AutoSys, and other diagnostic tools, as needed
  • Identify, log, and track defects, and partner with development teams to support timely analysis and resolution
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of testing processes, standards, templates, and governance practices

Education and Experience

At minimum, candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree, or foreign education equivalent, in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field
  • Five (5) years of experience as a Systems Analyst

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Proven ability to analyze requirements and translate them into clear, effective test scenarios and scripts
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and the way systems, interfaces, and data flows work together across integrated environments
  • Experience working with APIs, batch processing, and file-based integrations
  • Ability to understand dependencies across applications and how changes impact end-to-end workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes
  • Solid experience working with application data models and using SQL to query tables in support of analysis, testing, and validation
  • Hands-on experience with tools that support analysis and testing, including SQL Developer, Insomnia, Kafka Offset Explorer, Datadog, Postman, AutoSys, Jira, and Confluence
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment with colleagues across multiple locations and countries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document findings clearly and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Financial services industry experience is highly desirable; investment management and/or wealth management knowledge is a plus

The Team

As a Senior Integration Test Analyst, you will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to understand the purpose, scope, and value of each E2E testing event. You will play a key role in validating strategic initiatives that span multiple systems and teams, helping ensure solutions are tested thoroughly and ready for production deployment.

This role sits at the intersection of analysis, testing, data validation, and cross-functional coordination. It is well suited for someone who is comfortable navigating complexity, asking the right questions, and driving clarity across teams to support high-quality outcomes.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$153,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

We offer a wide range of benefits to meet your evolving needs and help you live your best life at work and at home.
