โ€ข Weโ€™re looking for a system administrator with experience supporting enterprise UNIX and Windows environments in a Tier 1 and Tier 2 capacity to help us maintain and enhance secure infrastructure environments supporting federal mission operations.
โ€ข As a system administrator on our project, youโ€™ll support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems; manage day-to-day system operations; monitor infrastructure health; and apply patches and updates to maintain system security and performance.
โ€ข Youโ€™ll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management.
โ€ข Your system administrator expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 10+ years of experience providing implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for enterprise IT systems
โ€ข 10+ years of experience supporting Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution in client/server environments
โ€ข Experience administering and maintaining UNIX and Windows operating systems in enterprise environments
โ€ข Experience managing day-to-day IT system operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, and network devices
โ€ข Knowledge of system performance optimization and capacity planning principles
โ€ข Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT system issues in a timely manner
โ€ข Ability to communicate technical status and issue resolution updates to management and internal stakeholders
โ€ข TS/SCI with a polygraph
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Cyber Security and 10+ years of experience in systems administration or HS Diploma or GED and 15+ years of experience in systems administration
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience supporting dispatch systems and hardware lifecycle management
โ€ข Knowledge of network components and enterprise infrastructure environments
โ€ข Ability to support cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and support teams
โ€ข Possession of strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
