Job description

Position Title: Receptionist (Christian Pro-Life Organization)
Classification: Non-Exempt
Type: Full-time - Weekdays - Onsite Grapevine Clinic
Reports to: Practice Manager
Summary: The receptionist provides support to the Client Services team in the daily oversight of the administrative duties of the clinic. This is a Monday - Friday, daytime position located at our Grapevine Clinic.
Essential Functions:
  • Provide phone coverage for the clinic
  • Greet and check-in clients for their appointments at the clinic
  • Schedule client appointments and follow up on missed appointments
  • Maintain client files in scheduling software and input/update information as assigned
  • Provide administrative and computer support to management and other staff
  • Function as a communications coordinator between individuals and groups
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational, administrative and task management skills
  • Previous office administration experience preferred

  • Intermediate computer skills
