Weโ€™re seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1โ€“2 end-user support in a professional services environment. This role supports Windows laptops, engineering workstations, Microsoft 365, and industry-specific applications used in design and engineering.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Serve as first point of contact for IT issues via Freshservice, phone, Teams, and walk-ups
  • Own tickets end-to-end with strong communication and follow-through
  • Support Windows devices, peripherals, conference room AV, and connectivity issues
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)
  • Support CAD/BIM/GIS applications (Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam, ArcGIS)
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, deployments, and documentation
  • Provide light training and support for AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
Requirements:

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
  • 2+ years of hands-on desktop support, help desk, or end user support experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • AEC industry IT experience preferred
  • Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) a plus
