Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to support the successful implementation and optimization of Autodesk Fusion Manage for our clients/internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles, business processes, and the technical intricacies of Fusion Manage. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure the system, develop best practices, provide training, and ensure a seamless transition to the PLM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients/internal teams to understand their current processes, identify pain points and opportunities for optimization, and translate business needs into technical requirements for a Fusion Manage configuration.
  • Configure and customize Autodesk Fusion Manage to align with client business processes, including data models, workflows, user roles, security settings, and integrations.
  • Develop comprehensive solutions, including data migration strategies, integration plans (e.g., with CAD, ERP, CRM systems), and reporting requirements.
  • Plan and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems into Fusion Manage, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators, along with maintaining documentation for configurations and processes. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Autodesk Fusion Manage updates, features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Strong understanding of PLM concepts, best practices and integrations.
    • Experience with other PLM systems (e.g., Aras Innovator, PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter) is a plus.
    • Proven experience in business process analysis and re-engineering.
  • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Fusion Manage administration, configuration, and customization.
    • Experience with CAD software and Autodesk Vault with integration to Fusion Manage.
    • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation and customization within Fusion Manage is a strong asset.
    • Experience with API integrations and web services.
