Overview

Join Pacific Retirement Services (PRS), a non-profit leader in the senior living and hospitality industry, as a Computer Support Specialist where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Be Doing:

You will provide application and hardware desktop support for Pacific Retirement Services (PRS), affiliate or managed company computer operators. You will provide needed technical hardware and application support to assist in meeting the corporate business goals and objectives.

How’ll You’ll Be Doing It:

In this position, you'll provide comprehensive IT support by responding to service calls, installing and troubleshooting hardware and applications, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with technology initiatives across all departments. You’ll also contribute to developing standard operating procedures, ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive data, and help manage IT inventory. Additionally, you'll perform other duties as assigned to support the department’s needs. A proactive approach to user satisfaction, staying current with technology trends, and fostering a safe work environment are essential for success in this role.

About you: 

  • Thorough knowledge of various computer hardware and software applications, and experience in many phases of information systems and data processing operations, including data communications experience in servicing both centralized and decentralized locations, and use of diagnostic software and tools.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in help desk operations, computer support, or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable by the designated carrier.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 - 4:30pm

Compensation: $25.14 - $31.43 / hr DOE
