Description:

Richardson Sports is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy AI Intern to help drive adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered workplace tools across the organization. This role will work directly with internal departments to identify opportunities to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance collaboration using AI technologies within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.


In addition to Microsoft 365 Copilot, this role will also support adoption and effective use of HubSpot Breeze AI tools within the organizationโ€™s CRM and customer engagement workflows. The intern will work with sales, customer service, marketing, and operational teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve communication, customer insights, reporting, automation, and overall CRM efficiency. This includes helping users understand AI-assisted content generation, summarization, workflow recommendations, and other productivity features available within the HubSpot platform.

The ideal candidate is curious about artificial intelligence, enjoys helping users solve business problems, and can translate technical capabilities into practical workplace solutions.


This position is FULLY ON SITE at our Springfield, OR location.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist employees in learning and effectively using Microsoft 365 Copilot tools, including: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI-assisted workflows and automation.
  • Work with departments to understand business processes and recommend AI-enabled productivity improvements.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, quick-reference documentation, and best practices for AI tool usage.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for employees.
  • Help evaluate and pilot new AI tools and Microsoft 365 features.
  • Assist IT and business leadership with AI governance, data security awareness, and responsible AI usage practices.
  • Gather feedback from users and recommend process improvements.
  • Track and report on adoption metrics, productivity gains, and user engagement.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and present findings to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
