???? Unique Opportunity: In addition to your base pay, you’ll have the ability to earn commission by identifying and bringing in new business — whether it’s a small business client, ongoing support agreement, or referral.
  ????  What You’ll Be Doing
  • Diagnose, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and performance issues
  • Remove viruses/malware and optimize systems
  • Set up and support home offices (Wi-Fi, printers, remote work setups)
  • Provide in-shop (bench) work and occasional onsite support
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
  • Spot opportunities where clients need additional services or support
