Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Work with customers to troubleshoot technical computer issues and fully document actions and results.

Assist clients with new device setups.

Sell computers and services.

Work with a team to service devices, sell services, and research new techniques and products we can sell.

Qualifications

Strong and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients and coworkers.

Ability to handle stressful situations in a congenial manner.

Ability to troubleshoot and understand Windows 8.1, 10, and 11, as well as macOS and familiarity with Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

ย Ability to work independently or as a team.

Ability to plan and prioritize to achieve a defined objective.

Additional Information

Minimum of one (1) years' work experience in a IT related field, customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Starting pay: Training $14hr after training $16hr
