Job Description:
SUMMARY
Interns will workwith their supervisors and other members of the Information Technology Services(ITS) team to complete tasks. They may assist with project management, systemadministration, networking, or end-user support efforts. These experiences willhelp prepare students for future information technology roles by increasingtheir skills in problem solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
  • Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings to keep teams on track
  • Identify next steps and potential roadblocks as projects move forward
  • Research best practices and help to implement recommendations from vendor partners
  • Assist with preparing documentation
  • Hands-on configuration of information systems
  • Leverage end-user and team feedback to recommend process improvements
  • Performs other duties as assigned
