Pool Title POOL - Computer Networking Instructor (Part-time) Pool Number F34-18 Announcement Summary
This is a continuous recruitment pool not specifically advertised.
The pool is continuous in order to develop a qualified pool of interested candidates.
We invite applications to be submitted for potential openings.
Duties
Teach Networking classes on the subject matter assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science. Technical certification CCNA or CCNP. Other certifications (A+, MCSA, MCSE, etc.) and/or experience in an IT support role a plus. Certified Academy Instructor qualified within 3 months of hire. Communication, both oral and written, skills necessary. Must have expert efficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Extensive experience, well documented in the application packet, may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience in information technology. Teaching experience at the community college or four-year college and/or experience as an industry/corporate trainer.
On-line teaching experience.
