Job Posting: Manufacturing Associate โ€“ Assembly Operations
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 6:00am โ€“ 2:30pm, Monday โ€“ Friday
Location: 100% Onsite
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join our Assembly Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing experience using small tools and building assemblies/instruments.
Please note: this position is not for candidates with shipping or material handling backgrounds.
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will perform all aspects of product line performance build through tie-down of instruments, following detailed safety and process procedures in our manufacturing cell. You will also enter manufacturing data into predefined computer programs and proactively identify and report any safety or quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Use small tools to assemble and build intricate instruments according to work instructions
  • Follow detailed safety and process procedures within the manufacturing cell
  • Accurately enter manufacturing data into designated computer programs
  • Identify and report any safety or quality issues
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to meet production goals

Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing experience (working with small tools and building assemblies/instruments required)
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and desire to thrive in a team environment
  • Capacity to identify safety or production issues
  • Detail oriented, quality conscious, and organized
  • High school diploma or GED required
