In dieser Rolle ubernehmen Sie die Leitung eines kleinen Teams von Spezialisten und Experten und verantworten die Weiterentwicklung sowie den Betrieb einer der marktfuhrenden CAD-Komponentendatenbanken. 
Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Steuerung technischer Integrationsprojekte und der engen Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Technologiepartnern, um die nahtlose Integration von Hard- und Softwarelosungen in unsere DentalCAD- und ChairsideCAD-Systeme sicherzustellen. Mit Ihrem technischen Verstandnis und Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise tragen Sie mageblich zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse und Losungen bei. 

  • Integration und Release innovativer CAD/CAM-Losungen in Zusammenarbeit mit uber 350 Technologiepartnern, im Einklang mit den strategischen Zielen von exocad (DentalCAD & ChairsideCAD). 
  • Verantwortung fur eine der marktfuhrenden CAD-Komponentendatenbanken. 
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Fuhrung eines kleinen Teams von CAD Library Specialists und Experten an unserem HQ in Darmstadt 
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Struktur, Qualitat und Skalierbarkeit der CAD-Komponentenbibliothek sowie fristgerechte Implementierung neuer Losungen. 
  • Leitung und Steuerung technischer Integrationsprojekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung. 
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson fur Technologiepartner und Systemanbieter in Bezug auf Integration, Vertrage und Prozessgestaltung. 
  • Koordination bereichsubergreifender Projekte in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld. 
  • Sicherstellung und Uberwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitatsmanagementanforderungen gema DIN ISO 13485. 
  • Unterstutzung der Softwareentwicklung im Bereich CAD-Komponenten bei Bedarf. 
  • Analyse und Optimierung interner Arbeitsprozesse. 


  • Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit exocad CAD-Bibliotheken oder Fuhrungserfahrung in diesem Umfeld. 
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fuhrung von Teams, idealerweise in der Dental- oder Medizintechnikbranche. 
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise mit technischem Fokus. 
  • Ausgepragte Fahigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit sowie zur Analyse von Anforderungen und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen. 
  • Starke Problemlosungskompetenz mit selbststandiger und strukturierter Arbeitsweise. 
  • Hohe Detailgenauigkeit, sehr gutes raumliches Vorstellungsvermogen (3D) sowie fundiertes technisches Verstandnis. 
     
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im technischen Bereich (z. B. Zahntechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation. 
  • Flieende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. 
  • Nice to have: 
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit exocad CAD-Software.
