What You'll Be Doing
The Medical Lab Scientist will perform a variety of important functions including:
  • Under general supervision, the Medical Lab Scientist performs all laboratory procedures as required according to established regulations, hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provides and performs analytical testing and/or procedures that require independent judgment.
  • Operates and maintains current instrumentation.
  • Displays sufficient knowledge of the current laboratory and hospital computer systems.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor degree, Medical Technology or Equivalent
  • ASCP Preferred.
  • Blood Bank experience required
  • 1-2 years hospital setting preferred.
