TheComputer Lab Technician provides front-line support within campus computerlabs, assisting prospective students and current students with basicenrollment-related tasks and general technology needs. This position plays akey role in helping students successfully navigate college systems, accessresources, and complete essential steps in the enrollment process.

Job Duties
- Assist students and prospective students with navigating the college websiteand student systems (e.g., application and self-service portals)
- Provide guidance on completing the college application and performing basicfunctions such as adding/dropping courses and printing class schedules
- Support students in accessing and navigating the FAFSA website and connectthem with appropriate financial aid resources
- Help students explore career assessments and tools to support major andcareer decision-making
- Provide basic technical support, including:
- Logging into student accounts
- Resetting passwords
- Printing documents and navigating lab equipment
- Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for all campus visitors
- Refer students to appropriate departments (Admissions, Advising, FinancialAid, etc.) for more complex needs
