Imaging & Mailing Technician Objective

To be an effective team member of the Imaging & Mailing Services (IMS) Department. To provide advanced mail handling and records support to Michigan Farm Bureau and its Affiliated Companies.

Responsibilities

Imaging & Mailing Technician Responsibilities

Perform all essential functions of Associate Imaging & Mailing Technician position.

Learn and maintain operating knowledge of the electronic document repositories for record archival/retrieval and the capture software to scan/index company records and index/archive digital photos.

Learn and maintain operating knowledge of business process management (BPM) workflow queues and reindex and code documents appropriately for workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Imaging & Mailing Technician Qualifications

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum six months insurance experience required.

Experience and familiarity with computer keyboard and Windows software required.

Reading and writing literacy, plus basic math skills required.

Preferred

Associate's degree preferred.

Previous office experience preferred.

Postal knowledge preferred.
