Job description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality
  • Respond to Help Desk IT incident and service request tickets
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop systems as well as related peripheral devices
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Android and iOS devices
  • Troubleshoot application issues with software from, but not limited to, these vendors: Microsoft, Adobe, SAP, Cisco, Citrix
  • Imaging of PC’s
  • Assist employees with computer, printing, and networking issues
  • Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors as needed
  • Research issue resolutions and create / update documentation
  • Maintain adherence to compliance regulations
  • Microsoft office and 365 Support

Skills:

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Ability to research PC issues and products as required
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Experience with a Microsoft Active Directory environment
  • Understanding of basic TCP/IP protocols and network connectivity
  • Computer hardware (A+ certification or equivalent experience)
  • Must be able to lift and handle equipment of up to 50lbs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office365 applications
