Annual salary range commensurate with training and experience.
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or (additional education preferred) Associate Degree and/or technical training with a Chrome OS/Windows background, etc.
* Minimum one year experience in maintaining computers, printers and networking systems (Windows OS, iOS, & Chrome OS).
*Working knowledge of Chrome OS and Windows OS.
* Chromebook repair knowledge skills are a plus.
* Experience in any computer hardware physical repair.
* Excellent documentation skills.
* Problem solving skills and solid troubleshooting skills.
* Possess organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work well with other people in a team-oriented environment.
* Ability to install/configure/diagnose/deploy Apple, Chrome and/or Windows based computers.
* Desire to learn new skills and willingness to seek solutions to processes and workflows
* Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
* Strong time management skills.
* Ability and willingness in training end users and student interns and aides.
* Familiar with system installation, configuration and maintenance.
* Basic knowledge and/or experience in network function and/or server equipment.
* Ability to do work that often requires a ladder, lifting heavy objects and moving of equipment.
