Position Summary
Aventon is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to help elevate and evolve the visual identity of our brand across all customer touchpoints. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports brand growth, product launches, marketing campaigns, and the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate is an experienced designer with a strong portfolio, exceptional visual storytelling skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on design execution across a variety of channels and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling and visually impactful creative assets across digital, print, retail, and e-commerce channels.
  • Design marketing materials including email campaigns, social media content, advertisements, web graphics, product launch assets, packaging, catalogs, and promotional materials.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, E-commerce, and Creative teams to develop design solutions that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business objectives.
  • Apply and uphold Aventon's brand standards across all customer-facing creative assets to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Aventon's visual identity through thoughtful design execution and creative problem-solving.
  • Support the visual presentation of Aventon's website and digital experiences through effective use of typography, color, imagery, and layout.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, copywriters, and external vendors to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Prepare production-ready files and oversee design deliverables through final execution across both digital and print mediums.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively throughout the creative process.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong focus on branding and multi-channel marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand development, marketing campaigns, digital design, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print production environments.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar collaborative design tools preferred.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design experience is a plus.

  • Previous experience in the cycling, outdoor recreation, action sports, or consumer lifestyle industry is preferred.

$60,000 - $80,000 a year
This salary range is provided in compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, geographic location, and performance.
