Job description

SNI Companies is looking for Call Center Representatives to join a great organization in the Jacksonville, FL area! This is an entry level position.
After at least 30 days of in-person training, this position goes fully remote. Starting at $14.00 an hour, candidates are eligible for a raise after 90 days. Only full-time shifts available. Must be able to work on site during training period. Please review the onboarding requirements below.
No prior Call Center or Customer Service experienced required. Must posses strong communication skills and be able to proficiently use a computer.
Call Center Representative Job Description/Summary:
Call Center Representatives will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service and active listening skills
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Must be able to work on-site during training period
