Essential Duties:
  • Assist manager by performing related duties
  • Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy
  • Assist in resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction
  • Explore opportunities to add value to the job and recommend changes to the manager
  • Participate in recruitment with Talent Acquisition and dismissal processes with Human Resources
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
  • Helps to coach, counsel, and discipline employees
  • Motivate employees and ensuring a focus on the mission
  • Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety
  • Fill in for manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold/ attend meetings and provide accountability
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with possible overtime and/or weekend work as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
  • Drive both automatic and straight shift vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
  • Knowledge of machines and tools.

Physical Working Attributes:
  • Lift, push, and or pull up to 50lbs.
  • Work near high noise levels.
  • Periodically exposed to all outdoor elements including heat, cold, rain, insects and other conditions which may exist from time to time.
