Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Regional Pricing Analyst to support the development and execution of corporate and regional pricing strategies. This role will play a key part in optimizing pricing across multiple business channels, including Installer, Dealer, and Fleet, ensuring competitiveness while adhering to corporate strategies and policies.


What You’ll Do
• Lead pricing strategy and execution for Installer, Dealer, and Fleet channels
• Analyze competitive market pricing and identify opportunities for strategic adjustments
• Develop pricing recommendations to support revenue growth and margin optimization
• Prepare and deliver pricing analysis and reports to management
• Maintain and manage pricing reference documentation for accuracy and consistency
• Identify pricing discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct margin analysis to support key business initiatives
• Monitor sales trends and identify SKU-level opportunities to improve profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pricing, Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales
• Perform cost updates in partnership with category managers
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed


What You Bring
• Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing strategy, optimization, and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Access, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, or data analysis
• Automotive industry experience is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work is performed at our corporate office in Eagan, MN. Lifting requirements of up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis may be required. Wrist and finger manipulation due to computer work, calculating, compiling and filing. Equipment used may include but is not limited to computer, calculator, telephone, copy and fax machines.
