Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Charlotte NC and Minneapolis MN
Duration: 12 plus Months

Looking for only W2 candidates

Required Skills:
Must have recent and extensive (3-5 years) experience with Data Lineage, metadata, and mapping.
Candidates should be heads down in data
Research data fields to identify term usage across the enterprise
Define the enterprise data term based on input from LOB partners
Socialize definitions among LOB partners to gather feedback
Gain consensus from LOB partners for the term definition and record approval
Update metadata repository with the approved definition and confirm term metadata meets minimum standards.
Define quality metrics for the newly defined term
May require work with data governance policies, Metadata, Data Quality or Change Management
This role will need to be a good communicator (both written and verbal) that can influence others.
