Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Analyst supports M365 quality assurance, governance validation, documentation, and reporting activities. This role ensures compliance with client standards and supports process oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate M365 and governance configuration settings.
  • Support QA reviews, change validation, and compliance checks.
  • Develop reports, metrics, dashboards, and documentation packages.
  • Perform business process analysis, risk assessments, and performance evaluation.
  • Support communication with operational and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 additional years of directly related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of analysis or program support experience.
