We are a rapidly growing architecture firm with over 30 years of experience specializing in residential projects. We are seeking a Full-Time Residential Project Associate/ Architectural Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working through drawings from start to completion, communicating with our leadership, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Heavy use of AutoCAD LT to produce 2D architectural drawings from preliminary sketches through to completed construction documents of single-family residential homes.
  • Work through Construction Documents from start to completion.
  • Communicate with leadership to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
