  • Maintain IT hardware inventory and coordinate repairs and replacements
  • Support new-hire onboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioning

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tickets and follow issues through resolution
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented approach
  • Genuine interest in technology and helping people
  • No college degree required

Preferred Experience

  • Microsoft 365 administration and user management
  • Helpdesk/ticketing systems
  • Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent hands-on experience

Nice to Have

Employees receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). You'll join an established organization with nearly a century of history while becoming part of an IT department that is actively growing its capabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional who wants hands-on responsibility, direct exposure to IT leadership, and room to grow within a stable organization.
