POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects. In this role, you will manage project schedules, budgets, and risks, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to the project management framework. A key responsibility will be maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal departments and external vendors, providing updates to ensure alignment and progress across all stakeholders. This position plays a vital role in ensuring projects are well-organized, run efficiently, and achieve desired outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
  • Collaborate with project managers, customers, and vendors to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
  • Organize and manage all IT-related aspects of projects and their dependencies to ensure timely delivery within established timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Identify, report, and escalate project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels as needed.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project management documentation as directed by the project manager.
  • Act as a communication liaison between Terrible's and external resources to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Plan, schedule, communicate, and execute project tasks effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices while achieving project goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Minimum of two years of experience in working on or managing projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating teams and collaborating with vendors.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to obtain a Project Management certification (e.g., CompTIA Project+, CAPM, PMP) within 12 months of hire.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
