Job description

Overview Launch your cleared federal IT career on a major DoD enterprise cloud program. You will keep Government program leadership organized - coordinating meetings, tracking tasks, and producing polished documentation for the program office. Locations Arlington, VA (Crystal City); Fort Meade, MD; Chambersburg, PA (Letterkenny Army Depot); Ogden, UT (Hill AFB); or Oklahoma City, OK (Tinker AFB). On-site at a Government facility; limited local telework of unclassified work with Government approval. How You'll Make an Impact * Coordinate meeting/VTC logistics: minutes, invitations, agendas, attendee tracking, and A/V support.
* Draft correspondence, briefing materials, informational packages, and presentations.
* Track incoming tasks and program office assignment status against leadership priorities.
* Synchronize calendars, special events, meetings, and working groups.
* Perform technical writing, editing, proofreading, and documentation review. What You'll Need to Join the Team * Master's degree + 6 years of experience in IT project coordination and administrative support. The master's may be met by a bachelor's + 2 years, associate's + 4 years, or 6 years of additional relevant experience, or 12 years total experience.
* Active Secret clearance (T3 investigation; interim acceptable at start).
* Meets DoD 8140 requirements for Work Role 806, Project Manager (Intermediate); alternate Work Role 803, Project Support Manager. What Sets You Apart * Prior DoD program office or executive support experience.
* CompTIA Project+ or CAPM certification.
* Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Certifications (examples of approved options) DoD 8140 WRC 806 (Intermediate) examples: CompTIA Project+, CAPM, PMP - per the current DoD 8140 Qualification Matrix.
