Compressor Technician

Compressor Technician  

Location: Gaithersburg, MD 

 Full-Time: Monday through Friday 

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour 

We’re looking for an experienced Compressor Technician with a great work ethic who can service all major compressor brands. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who knows compressed air systems inside and out.  

What We’re Looking For: 

5+ years’ experience with industrial or automotive air 

Strong troubleshooting skills (rotary screw & reciprocating preferred) 

Electrical knowledge and control troubleshooting 

Ability to work independently and lead in the field 

Ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations  

Valid Driver’s License  

What You’ll Do 

Service and Troubleshoot Air Compressors and compressed air systems 

Diagnose advanced mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues 

Perform Preventative Maintenance and system inspections 

Deliver top-tier customer and field support by communicating with customers and managing job timelines 

Strong Plus: 

OEM training or certifications 

Oil & gas or heavy industrial experience 

Experience with dryers, filters and air piping systems
