Company provided vehicle Industry leading Air Academy and supplier training to keep your skills sharp. A 4 day-10 hour flexible work schedule for work life balance. Strong operational support so you can focus on service.

Real advancement opportunities-80% of our service managers started as techs. What You'll Do: Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment at our DIRECTAIR sites across the region. Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to any issues.

Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency. Identify site repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.

Keep your service vehicle stocked with tools and order parts needed at sites. Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime. Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.

Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training. Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision to keep operations moving. Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What You'll Need: High school diploma or GED. Experience in rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service is preferred. Strong communication skills.

Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits. Valid driver's license; able to pass drug test and background check. Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.
