Job description

What You'll Love

What You'll Do:

  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment at our DIRECTAIR sites across the region.
  • Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to any issues.
  • Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Identify site repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
  • Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.
  • Keep your service vehicle stocked with tools and order parts needed at sites.
  • Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
  • Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
  • Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training.
  • Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision to keep operations moving.
  • Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits.
  • Valid driver's license; able to pass drug test and background check.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.
  • Coachable and eager to learn.
