• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy plans that address each client's specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for diverse groups, including individuals, families, and couples, creating a safe and welcoming space for discussion and healing.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and a holistic approach to client wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with relevant legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and continued education to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

This role focuses on adult and adolescent populations dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and family dynamics. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required to ensure a high standard of care.

• Exposure to community-based mental health services and delivering culturally competent care is a valuable asset.
