• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Develop tailored treatment plans for each client, based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of their progress.
• Provide consistent support and guidance to clients, aiding them in overcoming challenges related to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic treatment plans and ensure integrated care for clients.
• Document sessions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record system to maintain compliance and continuity of care.
• Stay apprised of the latest developments in counseling techniques and mental health trends through continuing education and professional development.

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs. Our clients may present with a range of issues from everyday life stressors to significant mental health challenges. Your role will include fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients, enhances their resilience, and supports their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

• A current state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in providing counseling services.
• Exceptional communication skills, including both active listening and the capacity for empathy.
• An ability to build trust and rapport with clients, facilitating an open and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Sound problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex client cases.
• A strong commitment to ethical and professional standards in practice.

• Experience working in a community health setting with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in telehealth and remote counseling methods.
• Familiarity with various counseling modalities and techniques.
• Experience in developing and implementing group therapy sessions.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
