Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, utilizing a patient-centered approach to understand clients' needs, histories, and mental health challenges.
  • Devise and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions that encourage personal growth and emotional resilience, maintaining a safe and confidential environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide a holistic level of care for every client.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring that client information is both secure and accessible.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities by attending workshops, seminars, and trainings to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications
