CAS is seeking a Family Advocacy Intervention Specialist (FAIS) to join the installation’s multidisciplinary Family Advocacy Program (FAP) team. The FAIS serves as a clinical and prevention subject matter expert (SME), supporting the prevention of domestic violence, child maltreatment, and problematic sexual behavior in children and youth (PSB-CY).
The FAIS combines clinical treatment responsibilities with a strong focus on secondary prevention, community outreach, education, and family support. The position works closely with military leadership, base organizations, community partners, and FAP staff to strengthen prevention efforts and promote the well-being of military families.
Key ResponsibilitiesAt CAS, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on military families by combining clinical expertise with proactive prevention and community engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with military leadership, healthcare professionals, and community partners to strengthen family resilience and prevent family maltreatment.
