Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans by assessing client needs, establishing therapeutic goals, and evaluating progress throughout the counseling process.
• Facilitate supportive therapeutic interventions that encourage clients to confront and overcome emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate specialized care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and comply with all applicable laws and standards, including HIPAA guidelines, to ensure regulatory compliance and client safety.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on emerging trends in mental health, counseling methodologies, and best practices through workshops, seminars, and training.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required, ensuring a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and theories.
• Current state licensure as a professional counselor (LPC) is mandatory, confirming your credentials and competency in providing professional counseling services.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, showcasing your expertise and familiarity with various counseling modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 yearly, reflecting the specialized skills required for the role.
