We provide the premium brand, the executive-level backend operations, and an aggressive, compounding commission framework. You provide the raw hustle, cold calling, and door-to-door execution to close the deals.


The Compounding Math & Incentives
Our average residential ticket is on the high end, and our absolute lowest baseline job is $580.00. At a flat 10% commission per sale, your base entry earnings start at $58.00 minimum per contract and scale up rapidly into major residential and B2B commercial payouts. To reward elite tenacity, we stack heavy, short-and-long-term bonuses directly on top of your commissions:
Weekly Sprint Incentive: Hit 10 closed sales in a single week âž” +$500.00 cash bonus stacked on your commissions.
Monthly Volume Incentive: Hit 45 closed sales in a calendar month âž” +$1,000.00 cash bonus stacked on your commissions.
Annual Legend Incentive: Sell 500 or more jobs in a year âž” +$5,000.00 lump-sum cash bonus.
