How does a Territory Sales Manager typically balance independent fieldwork with collaboration across departments?

Territory Sales Managers often split their time between independent client visits within their assigned region and collaborating with internal teams like marketing, customer service, and product management. This blend of independent and collaborative work helps ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader company goals and that client feedback is effectively integrated into the company's offerings.
