Inside Sales Representative

CurifyLabs

Jacksonville, FL • On-site, Remote

Full-time

Medical, Life

Posted 13 days ago

Job description

Location:Remote (U.S.), with occasional travel to our Helsinki HQ and key industry events
Job type:Full-time
About CurifyLabs
CurifyLabs is pioneering 3D printing solutions for personalized medicine. We partner with compounding pharmacies to streamline production, expand what they can offer, and ultimately improve patient care - making personalized treatments faster, safer, and more accessible to the people who need them.
We're hiring an
Inside Sales Representative
to power the top of our U.S. sales funnel.
You'll be the first conversation many private compounding pharmacies have with CurifyLabs - opening doors, qualifying interest, and setting the table for our field reps to close.
This is a high-volume, high-impact role. You'll spend your days reaching out to pharmacy owners and head pharmacists, having real conversations about their compounding workflows, and figuring out which ones are worth a deeper dive. The strong ones, you hand off warm to our field sales team. The not-yet-ready ones, you nurture until they are.
What You'll Do
• Run outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to U.S. private compounding pharmacies - owners, head pharmacists, and decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and the website, and route them to the right next step.
• Hold discovery conversations to understand each pharmacy's setup, ambitions, and bottlenecks.
• Book qualified demos and meetings for our field sales reps, with clear, well-documented context.
• Keep CRM hygiene tight - every interaction logged, every pipeline stage accurate.
• Test outreach approaches, share what's working, and help us build the playbook as we scale.
• Partner closely with Marketing on campaigns and Sales on smooth handoffs.
What We're Looking For
• Top-of-funnel commercial work - bonus if it's been in pharmacy, pharma, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Genuinely comfortable on the phone - you don't see cold outreach as a chore, you see it as the start of a relationship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can hold a thoughtful conversation about pharmacy operations without faking it.
• Organized and CRM-disciplined - you treat your pipeline like an asset, not a guilty conscience.
• Curious about the compounding pharmacy world (or already in it) and excited to learn the regulatory backdrop - 503A/503B, APC, NCPA.
• Self-directed and at ease working independently in a remote environment.
Why CurifyLabs
• Be the first human voice many pharmacies hear from CurifyLabs - your conversations shape every deal that follows.
• Real career runway: this role is a launchpad into field sales, account management, or other commercial roles as we scale.
• Sell something that genuinely matters - compounding pharmacies, their teams, and their patients all benefit.
• Collaborate with an international, mission-driven team that takes the work seriously and each other a little less so.
How to Apply
Send your CV, salary expectations and a short video on why this role caught your eye through our recruitment portal no later than June 15th. If you want to show off a great cold email or call opener, we won't complain.
