Shift: Monday - Friday / 11:00pm - 7:30am
Start Pay Range: $17.00
Objectives/Purpose of the Job:Material Handling - Provide components, raw materials, labels (kits) to manufacturing and bring finished goods, brite stock, and returns to the warehouse. Handle all waste materials (hazardous and non-hazardous). Staging/Prep Material Handling - Prepare components and handle returns for the Core. Label Shuttle - Be able to run the label shuttle that stores roll stock labels.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:• Material Handling - Operate pallet jack, motorized pallet jack, sit-down forklift, high-lift forklift, and stretch wrapper. Rocon activities / trash removal. Tray making. Computer entries (ERPLx, Bartender).
• Breakdown/CTA - Break down and clean components for filling kits and transfer areas. Schedule status and priority setting. Delivering components to breakdown areas.
• Scanner use, component verification, set up carts, delivering kits to the lines, setting up lines, delivering finished goods to the warehouse, follow cooler procedures, and entries into Filling and Packaging batch records.
• Labeling bags, spray-down in CTA area, transfer using conveyor from CTA to prep, and handling returns.
Qualifications/Training:• High school diploma.
• 6 hours of GMP/ISO training, ComplianceWire training, and some staging and kitting experience.
• Pallet jack, motorized pallet jack, sit-down forklift, high-lift forklift, and stretch wrapper.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English and possess basic math skills.
This position may be available in the following location: Tampa, FL.
