  • Guide clients through technical specifications, application requirements, charger selection, and minimal-investment implementation options.
  • Collaborate internally to design custom charging solutions, including hardware, installation, maintenance, and support packages.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline development, opportunity tracking in CRM, negotiation, proposal development, regulatory/compliance handling, and contract closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with excellent post-sale service and support.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, such as creating content for trade publications, social media, industry campaigns, and events.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings, site assessments, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 3โ€“5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, industrial equipment, EV charging, energy solutions, or related technical products.
  • Technology-minded with the ability to understand and explain complex charging systems, battery management, IoT/cloud connectivity, and power management concepts.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, including cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and CRM proficiency (e.g., tracking leads and opportunities).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of independent execution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (regional/national as required).
  • ย Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Preferred: Experience in EV, renewable energy, industrial equipment sales, or aviation/warehouse sectors; knowledge of electrical systems or battery technology.

Why Join Minit Charger?
